I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at X-Team Interviewġ) Um recrutador da empresa me mandou mensagem no LinkedIn perguntando se podíamos conversar a respeito da empresa e das vagas. I know that the company itself is very good, but I think the interview process has a lot to improve. On the same day I'm told I was approved again.ħ - (8 days later) No communication at all from client or X-Team with an ETA for next steps, so I just gave up.
I've made 5 steps, in which I was approved in all of them, through 60 days until I couldn't wait longer and went to another company.ġ - A Tech Recruiter interview with not much technical questions (30 min)Ģ - (1 day later) a "Expert Call" in which more technical questions are made (45 min)ģ - (13 days later) A interview with the client (30 min)Ĥ - (1 day later) I receive a tech challenge from the clientĥ - (10 days later) The client say that I would be approved in the tech challenge, but the position is being canceled at the momentĦ - (27 days later!!!!) I have to make the "Expert Call" again for another position, with basically the same questions. The interview itself is not a problem, but the time it takes for you to get into a client is just not viable if you are not employed already and have time to spare. I applied through a recruiter.
